Hand-moulded

Facing bricks
Facing bricks are more than just the outer shell of a building – they shape its appearance, atmosphere and character. Made from high-quality clay and fired at high temperatures, they impress with their durability, weather resistance and natural colour variety.
Facing strips
Brick slips offer the distinctive look of classic clinker bricks with maximum design flexibility. Manufactured as thin clinker discs, they convey the authentic appearance of solid bricks while impressing with their low weight and versatile application options. The surface, color play, and structure are based on the original—with lively nuances and natural depth.
Extrusion press
Products: Extrusion press
Extrusion is an established industrial manufacturing process in brick and clinker production. It involves continuously pressing a plastic clay mixture through a shaping nozzle. The resulting strand is then cut into uniform blanks, dried, and fired at high temperatures.
Clinker
Clinker bricks produced using the extrusion process impress with their precise shaping and uniform surface. The plastic clay mass is continuously pressed through a nozzle and then cut to size with precision. The result is dimensionally stable bricks with clear edges, a smooth structure, and high technical quality.
Pavers
Extruded paving bricks are formed from plastic clay, which is continuously pressed through a die and then cut into precise shapes. After firing, the result is particularly durable paving bricks with high dimensional accuracy and a uniform surface.
Facing strips
Extruded brick slips combine the clear aesthetics of extruded clinker with high flexibility in application. The clay mass is continuously pressed through a shaping nozzle, fired, and then cut into slim brick slips. This results in elements with a uniform surface, precise dimensional stability, and a calm appearance.
Water-struck
Products: Water-struck
The water-streak method is a traditional type of brick production in which the molds are moistened with water before being filled. The damp surface prevents the clay from sticking and ensures that it spreads freely and naturally during molding. This results in bricks with soft edges, a lively structure, and a characteristic, slightly iridescent surface.
Facing bricks
Facing bricks produced using the water-struck method are characterized by their soft shapes and lively surfaces. Moistening the molds allows the clay to spread in a particularly natural way, creating fine structures, gentle edges, and individual color nuances. This gives each facing brick its own unique character.
Pavers
Paving stones produced using the water-cut process combine high load-bearing capacity with a lively, natural surface. Their shapes create a slightly irregular structure, giving the paving stones a warm, rustic look.
Facing strips
Bricks produced using the water-stripping method are characterized by a lively, natural-looking surface and a fine, irregular structure. Moistening the molds gives the clay its characteristic texture when it is stripped off—with soft edges, subtle unevenness, and a rich play of colors. This creates the authentic look of classic bricks in a slim form.
